Andy Keehner, currently MD in Finanze Strategy today steps up as Managing Director of Finanze Property. This leadership change coincides with Imogen Sporle, the Head of Finanze Property, taking a planned sabbatical from April 2024.

Andy, previously at the forefront of Finanze Strategy, brings his expertise in managing bespoke and short-term finance products to Finanze Property. With this move, Finanze will merge the offerings of Finanze Strategy with Finanze Property's Term Finance products, creating a one-stop shop for property finance brokerage and enabling us to serve customers better than before.

Imogen's time at Finanze Group has been marked by rapid growth and innovation. Since we started in 2021, she has been a driving force in Finanze Property as a leading name in the property investment sector. Reflecting on her journey, Imogen said, "It's been a privilege to lead Finanze Property and witness our team's dedication to excellence. As I embark on this sabbatical, I'm confident that under Andy's leadership, the company will continue to flourish."

Alastair Hoyne, who recently stepped into the role of Executive Chairman of Finanze Group, expressed his gratitude for Imogen's contributions and optimism for the future. "Imogen has been a cornerstone of Finanze Property's success. Her leadership has significantly shaped our growth. She’s left an indelible mark on the business and will be very much missed. While we support her decision to take a sabbatical, we are also excited to see Andy Keehner take the reins. His innovative approach to integrating our financial products will undoubtedly propel Finanze Property into its next phase of growth."

Andy Keehner, commenting on his new role, stated, "I am thrilled to lead Finanze Property and to continue building on the strong foundation laid by Imogen and the team. Our goal is to simplify the property finance process for our clients, offering them comprehensive solutions that meet their needs. I look forward to this new challenge and to driving Finanze Property's success forward."

This leadership transition underscores Finanze Group's commitment to continuous improvement and innovation, ensuring it remains at the forefront of the property finance brokerage industry. To book a call with Andy to talk about your property investment deals or financing needs; click here:
